I’m a firm believer that dance is for everyone. Every body. Every age. Every soul.

Born and raised in Colorado, Chelsea began to wiggle to the music at age 3. By 17, Chelsea was on her way to Los Angeles to pursue her professional dance career. She was immediately accepted into the Edge Performing Arts Center Scholarship Program. After successfully completing the program, Chelsea went on to work with notable choreographers such as: Tessandra Chavez, Malaya, Joelle Martinec, Sakinah LeStage, Adam Parson, Scott Hislop, Tabitha & Napoleon D’Umo, Becca Sweitzer, Travis Payne, Kristin Denehy and Ryan Heffington. Some of her previous work includes: The Sing Off (season 3), Cold Case, Dance Plug, The NAACP Awards, Alex Kogan, O’Spade, Heartour, El Capitan Theatre, Disneyland, Your Momma Don’t Dance (LIFETIME), Wonderland (Harrah’s Casino Reno, NV) and Artist Development for Christina Grimmie. Chelsea has been a member of Unity Dance Ensemble (DIR: Tessandra Chavez), SoleVita Dance Company (DIR: Joelle Martinec) and Commonality Dance Company (DIR: Adam Parson).
As a teacher, Chelsea is driven by a sincere desire to help her students connect with emotional context and pull their unique vulnerability to the surface. Her classes foster trust, honesty, and adoration of others in the same space. While continuing to refine and develop their technique, students will find themselves in moments that are fresh, organic and inspiring. Chelsea’s goal is to create a safe space for dancers of all abilities.
Chelsea continues to teach workshops all across the United States, as well as on convention with Phoenix International Dance Workshop in New Zealand. You can also catch her teaching weekly jazz classes in Los Angeles.
